Peerblock new install won't connect to list download site (no replies)

Yesterday I noticed that sites in China comprised almost 100%
of the sites blocked. First time that I have seen that!
Then I uninstalled Peerblock went to your site and downloaded
and installed the stable version. Same thing happened,the update
stalled, no message about update limit exceeded our any other
response. It was as if the site was blocked. That has never in years
happened.
I would be interested in your thoughts about this.
