Peerblock would not update lists (2 replies)

For the past week or so, PeerBlock would not update the lists on one of my computers. The other computer is updating just fine. When i click update, it says downloading for a minute or so (no percentages) and then closes the download box; it says list disabled.

I have an active iblocklist subscription
i tried deleting peerblock completely and a fresh installl- still nothing,

any ideas?
